Boasting many different antioxidants, vitamins, and anti-inflammatory compounds, Indian Chai Tea is a great immune system booster.  Spices and black tea combine to give a unique flavor in the cup.  You can brew it in water as a loose leaf tea, or you can use milk or a milk substitute to make a decadent Chai Latté perfect for boosting the immune system in a spiced, creamy, hot drink.  Our take on the traditional Indian drink is wonderful to sip on in front of a fire on cold winter days.  Contains low to moderate caffeine.

  • Brewing Guide for Indian Chai Tea:

    • 1.5 tsp per 8oz
    • 205°F / 95°C
    • 2 minutes
    • 3 infusions

Chai Latté: To make a chai latte, mix 2 teaspoons of chai tea with 8 ounces of milk or milk substitute (we prefer coconut) in a saucepan. Simmer and stir the mixture for 10-15 minutes. Mix in a little raw sugar as desired. Strain the mixture (you can use our stainless steel basket infuser) and pour into a cup. Add a dollop of foamed milk to the top if you'd like.
